Sexy Minneapolis
The Frisky has a guide to Sexy Minneapolis, just in time for my visit next wekend. I’ve already stayed at The Chambers, where I was extremely chaste and atually had a fit of sugar/hormone overload and cried way too much. I had fun, too, but that kindof diminished any sexy feelings for The Chambers, though the outdoor fire was fun. No crying this trip! I have much fun planned, including staying with the super-nice and super-awesome Max and Courtney, watching the other Courtney in her Fringe shows, eating cupcakes (join the Minneapolis/St. Paul Cupcake Meetup to find out about future events), and going to brunch with my favorite Minneapolis peeps. And, and somehow now doing two events! Working out the Amazon Bookstore one, but am at Smitten Kitten Sunday August 10th, 7-8:30, for a free Dirty Girls reading and open mic (come read your smut, por favor!).
I also, uh, want to check out the Mall of America (that will be a solo excursion, I think, to save myself any embarrassment if I like it too much) and The Walker.
